Why Follow Forward exists
Most productivity apps assume your problem is remembering things or staying motivated. That was never my problem.
My problem was sequencing. When you have four or five significant things running at once, all of them real, all of them with a legitimate next step, the hard part isn't tracking the work. It's deciding what gets today. I'd sit down knowing exactly what needed doing across every front and lose twenty minutes choosing between them.
Follow Forward is built for that. Break each goal into steps concrete enough to actually start. Get one clear focus for the day instead of four competing lists. Look back at the end of the week and see where your time actually went, which is usually not where you thought it did.
